This Kid Repeatedly makes 911 prank calls

9-1-1 (pronounced nine-one-one) is the national emergency telephone number for the Philippines. It is managed by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and is also referred to by its official name, Emergency Network Philippines (ENP). On August 1, 2016, the new emergency hotline 9-1-1 along with the public complaint hotline 8888 began to implement nationwide, replacing 1-1-7.

PNP Chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa have released information in regards to the calls received by 911 yesterday as of 12am to 7am. He says 1,356 of the calls made out of the 2,475 were prank calls, 304 have been validated.

The undentified caller has been repeatedly making 911 prank calls. Watch the video here:

These prank calls also pushed Senator Dick Gordon to pass a bill for sim card registration.
