Sleeping is necessary in our daily lives, it feels good when you sleep in your preferred and comfortable position that gives you satisfaction.

Most of the time, we take to much time finding our specific position in bed that will make ourselves feel too snug and have an unexplainable relaxation, but the thing is that the 'experts' are saying that this is no good.

The doctors are saying that your most comfortable sleeping position is not good to the body even when it gives comfort to you. 

They claim that we should think and consider the effects regarding of the sleeping position to our health and body itself.
