It is a 3 minute Fat Burning Home Workout and it's recommended to do at least 3 rounds.

you must do this

1. Dive Bomber
2. Shuffle Toe-Touch
3. Spiderman Push Up
4. Knee Up
5. Burpee
6. Reverse Crunch

20 seconds work
10 seconds rest
